I'm a storyteller. For all ages. 

I love writing and performing from a place of joy, humor, and with the wisdom of a life well-lived.

I’m an active member of SCBWI Rocky Mountain Chapter. I was recently selected to be one of 20 participants in the inaugural 2022 PJ Library Emerging Jewish Picture Books Writers retreat held at the Highlights Foundation. I hold a MFA in Writing and Poetics from Naropa University, as well as a B.S.S. in Theater from Northwestern University. Additionally, I've worked privately with Sarah Aronson and Lesléa Newman. 

I've been a featured storyteller with Longmont Out Loud, Museum of Motherhood, Listen to Your Mother/Boulder, Better Said Than Done, The Braid, and the podcasts Moms Unhinged and Daring To Rest. 

My work has been anthologized in So Glad They Told Me: Women Get Real About Motherhood (HerStories Project Press), Best Short Stories from the Saturday Evening Post Great American Fiction Contest, and Primal Picnics: Writers Invent Creation Myths Around Favorite Foods (Whole World Press). I've published a number of articles, interviews, and profiles including, PJ Library Proof Magazine, Tablet, Kveller, Jewish Journal, The Jewish Telegraph, Tiferet Journal, Sydney Taylor Shmooze, and MindBodyGreen. ​Lastly, I'm a semi-empty nester (yay!) and am happy to call Longmont, Colorado home, enjoying a constant view of the Rocky Mountains, as well as a Daring to Rest™ Guide, and Yoga Nidra facilitator. When I'm not writing or helping people to learn how to rest, I can be found walking on the trails with our border collie, Callie.
